    Question Slam man?

    Hi

I saw this advertised on TV and wondered if anyone had used one and what they thought of it. It is like a punch bag , but is the shape of a man with lights that you have to aim for.

    Cheers

i think its called the slam man or something. it probably works fine, a punching bag also works fine. Why not just save some $$ and get a bag?
