    Question Any Excercises For Height?

    Hey Muscle Ppl!

I Hope All Of You Are Well.

In Weight Training We Have Excercises For All Most All The Body Parts.

I Was Wondering If There Are Any "for Height"?

There Are Many Supplements For Increasing Height But I Think That Won't Be A Good Idea.

    Thanks,

    Waiting For Your Reply.

tie your limbs to 4 horses and have them run in different directions. Guarenteed to make you taller.

That reminds me of the stupidest question that I have ever heard anyone ask in the gym. I was talking to one of the guys that works in my gym and an Indian guy (dots, not feathers) asked him if doing the decline situps that had the rack to hook your legs in would make him taller. We all managed to not laugh till we pissed ourselves while he was standing there. If there were excercises to make you taller, do you think we would all still be so short? GENETICS

They can also break your legs, stretch them, and wait for them to fuse again. This procedure is illegal in the USA.

Making sure you get the proper nutrition probably has something to do with reaching your genetic potential in terms of height. I don't know for sure, but it just seems logical

The women in the east do this to give them better career prospects.

why would you want to be taller? the taller you are the more weight you are going to have to put on to look huge. at 5'5" as little as 5lbs can go along way on my frame.

You could hang from a chinup bar for hours on end like Bobby Brady. We'll all move the height marker down for ya to create the illusion of getting taller.

GH therapy works but you have to be under a certain age and height

Would you guys consider 5'10" barefoot to be average height for an American male? At 17 I'm prolly done growing cause I've used pro-hormones, and my dad's not quite 5'8", so I'm pretty satisfied with my height. It could never hurt to be 6' though.

I think 5'9" is officially the average US height if I remember correctly, and obviously it all depends on your genetics but the average person stops growing heightwise at the age of 19/20, the skeleton though grows until 25? ..if im wrong someone correct me.

    -thanks.
