Arnold presses are good, too. They're my favorite, but I haven't been able to do shoulder-related exercises for a couple weeks due to a sprained shoulder.![]()

Although when I lower them, I keep them up in front of my face...way harder that way

I do mine standing up, though. And it almost looks like he's slouching at the bottom, so just make sure you keep your back board-straight.
Yeah, I go from having the DBs touch in front of my chest, to basically straight up and then back down (with the twisting movements, etc., too).
