    Pyramid

When you guys pyramid you do start off doing light weight high reps or heavy weight low reps and then go up? I was just wondering the proper way because I have tried both ways!
    Thanks

people use both but if you are going from heavy to light make sure that you are warmed up properly. not that you shouldn't always.

I didnt even realize thats what it was called that I was doing. I do 2 sets of heavy weights @ 12 reps ea., then Id do 2 sets of a lighter weight @ 15 reps ea., then the 5th set Id do the lighter weights to failure. Im going to switch it around like suggested..it seems to make more sense to me.
