    Neck

    hmm lately every alot of upper body excersies i do seems to stretch my neck or something.. like when i get up i feel that my neck has tightened up (front of the neck)... just wondering what could be the cause of this, is it my facial expression or something?

    Its possible that you may have pulled something, you might think of seeing a doctor if it doesn't go away.

    Make sure that you relax your traps... Many people have a tendency to shrug up when they are working with heavier weight than they are used to. Without actually seeing what you're doing, that's the best I can say.

    yea it usually happens when i am doing havier weight.. maybe its cause i am trying to see what i am doing.. is there any side effects if it continues to be like this?
