lower the volume on you workouts and eat more. The only thing i can see regressing is your legs, otherwise you should be fine if you eat enough.
Guys, I've decided that I want to get really good at bball. I decided to start playing everday for 2-3 hours. I was wondering how I will fit working out into that schedule? If i workout before playing, i won't be able to play good cuz ill be tired and sore and if i workout after, ill be too tired from bball. Should i just stop lifting for a while?
