When you do legs your gonna do hams too right? And calves?
Also when you say back do you mean upper and lower back?
I dont see any reason to take a rest day inbetween back and shoulders. But it is up to you.
Good luck with your training.

Is it a big deal to have days off between your back and shoulders??

Wheelchair? So what... Impossible is Nothing
I can't work chest and delts the same day. After I'm done with chest whicj includes heavy incl D.B's, my shoulders are to tired to do Military or DB presses. I work delts on leg days. But then again I've gone to 6 days a week training everything twicw a week. Total of 114 sets a week. Well i'll hear it now, I know "OVERTRAINING"
I dont consider that overtraining ToughOldMan. But everyone tells me I overtrain too.
I take it your a fan of Defendis and Michalik? I am.
