    Question Need Your Advice

    How is this routine
    Mon back
    Tue chest/shoulders
    Wed off
    Thur legs
    Fri arms,forearms
    Sat off
    Sun off

    or this

    Mon back
    Tue chest
    Wed off
    Thur legs/shoulders
    Fri arms,forearms
    Sat off
    Sun off

    Is it a big deal to have days off between your back and shoulders??

    When you do legs your gonna do hams too right? And calves?

    Also when you say back do you mean upper and lower back?

    I dont see any reason to take a rest day inbetween back and shoulders. But it is up to you.

    I can't work chest and delts the same day. After I'm done with chest whicj includes heavy incl D.B's, my shoulders are to tired to do Military or DB presses. I work delts on leg days. But then again I've gone to 6 days a week training everything twicw a week. Total of 114 sets a week. Well i'll hear it now, I know "OVERTRAINING"

    I dont consider that overtraining ToughOldMan. But everyone tells me I overtrain too.

    I take it your a fan of Defendis and Michalik? I am.
