    Work right hand on Monday, left hand on tuesday. Alternate daily.

    Mon shoulders & traps abs
    Tue - Back
    Wed - Chest abs
    Thurs - legs
    Fri bis and tris and forearms abs

    Depends on the person.Some people can get max growth training each muscle once a week, others train em twice a week.However you should do your abs 2 or 3 times a week.Can ya not train on weekends because it might be better to break up your weekly routine rather than doing 5 consecutive days.
