Need help finding elbow pads

I had a problem with my elbows hurting when I did curls, the problem has gone away but someone in here mentioned they got elbow pads that they put in water and heat up in the microwave, I tried looking for them in the store but have not found them.

Does anyone here uses such a thing or know where I can buy a set to wear during workouts.

If these don't excist can someone just point me towards a good set of elbow pads.

I did find neoprene pads that heat up naturally from your own body heat but did not want to get them until I was sure.

I've got the same problem, found using an EZ bar for curls helped alot, sorry cant help you on the pads, don't see how they'd help while working our.

I stick to just dumbells for my elbows now, but I was looking for someone who said he had elbow pads which kept his elbows warm throughout his work out, keeping them warm helps
