That's older footage. Becca Swanson can benchpress 501 pounds. She can squat over 800. I suddenly feel like working out a little harder now.

not much of a pause there on the bottom (not taking anything away from her, just wondering if that was at a sanctioned meet).

I worked out once next to a woman who was smaller then me (and I am a muscular looking guy) and she just was noticably stronger then me, it made me feel stupid, she smiled at me,I smiled back and just went somewhere else....that was weird...
to be honest I just dont see to point of all those guys talking about "how much you bench"??
I agree. In my opinion, you should only train to impress yourself. You don't have to prove anything to anyone.
But yeah, I can bench about 210 for 6 reps.
Here is Priscilla Ribic's website. http://www.littlepowerhouse.com She is the 2004 IPF World Champ at 148. She is 100% clean, so that makes everything much more impressive, IMO. She benched 331.75(WR), squated 523.5(American Record), and deadlifted 545(WR). My lifting partner is her ex-lifting partner, so my workout routine is very close to her's.
