When I do HIIT, I warmup, then sprint for about 15 seconds, jog 45 seconds, repeat until I'm beat (usually after 6 sprints), then cooldown. Sometimes I will extend the jogging time in order to do more sprints.. I don't know if this is necessarily cheating. Anyway, I am curious as to how everyone else does their HIIT as well.
