    Morning Workouts

Quick Question, i try to throw in workouts whenever i get a chance between work and schoolbut i dont really have proper time to work out unless i wake up early in the morning... so im going to start next week... my question is should i eat before i work out in the morning... logic says i should but how much is enough cuz im not really a morning eater, maybe like just a protein shake or sumthin?

Edit: By the way im not cutting.. dont want to lose any weight at all

You definitly need to eat something. A protein shake with some oats in it will do, but it wouldn't hurt to maybe prepare your meals ahead of time. Just hard boil some eggs the night before and eat them along with the shake when you get up. Make sure that you eat at least 40-45 minutes before you lift, though.
