Well congratulations. All I can say is you have a fine body and with two months of work in the gym you'll look awesome. Are you just aiming for the sexy toned look or the muscular babe look?

Honestly, that is the hardest weight to lose. It can be done in 2 months, but it would require being really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, strict.

If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I am so sick od people who think its hard to lose weight. Starve yourself for a day. Drink an immense amount of alcohol until you puke. Watch your weight drop 5 - 10 lbs.

What exactly is skinny fat?

What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

Low body weight, but a higher percentage of body fat. ex. Women that don't weigh much, but are fairly untoned (not much muscle mass).

You look awesome. If you really want to just tone up a little bit, then 2 months is probably time to notice a significant difference. Just come on over to my place, and we'll get started right away.

you are looking kinda lean allready in my opinion you will need to be very strict to get the bf even lower, but you will see some results within 2 months but i think you will need a loner time scale of up to 5 months

if theats her real body fat percent and by the pictures it looks fairly accurate she doesnt need to drop fat at all, just add a few punds of muscle and her overall tone will look amazing. i mean if she builds 5 lbs of muscle but doesnt loose any fat whatsoever her overall bodyfat % goes down about a percent. but five pounds of muscle on a 5' frame will really show up.
