Are you taking 4-ad with it?? If not, you should be, itll help a little bit.
Thanks Stu, you havent seen my legs! very skinny in comparison I am 196lbs at the moment about 22%BF, Du510 I am not taking 4 Ad would in make a big difference if I started next week?

I doubt youre at 22%bf.Originally Posted by APG
4-ad would help. When Im on M1T, I only use it when the sides get really rough, for a few days till they go down. Free test (which is what 4-ad eventually converts to) helps a lot. If you can get your hands on test cyp, prop, even susp, that would be even better.![]()
But ya, 4-ad is good to have on hand.
will check my bank balance first to see if can afford to spend more money on supps this monthAccording to my scales my fat % varies between 20-24%, are these scales accurate?

Usually scales are the least accurate. Get calipers and do a 7 point test.
yeah they cost about $118
ok will get some thanks based on my pictures what your estimate?

What do? Calipers are wicked cheap.Originally Posted by APG

Im not good at guessing, sorry. But I really doubt youre above 20, as you say. Someone else could help you better with guessing.Originally Posted by APG

Just a question regarding my bicepts, i have a gap between my bicept and forearm, is it possible for me to build muscle here or is it just my genetics? My 2 other brothers bicept and forearm meet.![]()
Its genetics.. you have a good peak, but your potential to have huge arms sucks. There is a tendon there, and its longer on your bicep.
Its hard to tell by your pics, but I would say 15% or so bf.
