    Skinny legs?

Hey, I was just wondering what are some good leg excersizes to start with. I have pretty skinny ankles/legs.
    Thanks

Squats are great. If you don't belong to a gym, then dumbell squats and lunges are good too. Calf raises work, leg press, leg extension machine, etc...

Depending on a lot of things anybody can get growth out of there legs. Diet,, heavy training, and proper rest,, no other way to do it.

Size is a function of diet and training. Lift big and eat bigger.

It isn't as much a staple as squats, but leg press is good for meaty legs and my favorite, extensions! Nothing burns better!
