200lb Db press for 12 . Shit. Imagine the noise they make when they hit the floor.

Isn't there one of Platz doing 500lb squats for 23 reps or something?
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)

I like that leg press. That must take like 15 minutes to setup and breakdown. Jesus Christ.

No straps allowed in powerlifting competition, Andy Bolton has the record with 933. I posted Gary Frank's diet recently, which is around the 10k calorie mark.

I was unaware that you could not use straps. I think that's a good move. Now, if they only forced everyone to do those lifts raw...

It isn't a raw lift, just no straps allowed. Different federations have different rules about what gear is allowed, how many plys in the briefs, what materials, and so on.

Is it just me or does he sort of overextend his back on that 2nd deadlift? I know your'e meant to pull the shoulders back but it looks like he overdoes it a bit.

good point, i guess hes just overemphasizing his lockout. but the amount of power involved in that lift is ridiculous, an 800lbs deadlift is incredible by itself, but to move 800lbs for a double, thats crazzzzy
