do you have db's as well? If not get some and you should be good for starters anyway, see I'm a little cheap to become a member of my local YMCA and thats the only place with a gym so over the years little by little (cause it can get expensive) I've made a gym in my basement, couple cable machines, couple benchs', bike, treadmil and "plate add on" db's the only thing I'm in need of is a squat rack, well until next payday anyway......ANYWAY TO THE POINT, you can put yourself together a good routine and do well with your at home gym. Spend sometime in the diet/nutrition area and get that straight and click here and click under "exercise examples" according to muscles you want to work and you'll get some examples on what you can do. Its kind of cheesey but there's enough there to get you going...hope this helps!
