    damn i felt bad so i went to workout

    i felt really bad today because i haven't worked out my back in like week+.. so i decided to head to the gym at 10:30 to do it.. left at 12.. it felt great

    its always hard hitting those body parts you have done in a while. I'm dreading doing my leg day this week.
