    routine setup

    How to do sets the proper way.

    Example routine: 4 sets squats
    4 sets bench press
    4 curls

    do you do all 4 sets of squats, then 4 sets of bench press then 4 curls or
    do you do 1 set of squats, 1 bench press, 1 curls _ sets 4 times

    I personally do all sets for a bodypart, then move on to another bodypart.

    yes archangel is right best thing to do is do 4 sets of one body part then og onto the 4 sets of another body part as this will excersise the muscle properly and you will be able to push you muscles hard, make sure you have a short rest between each set though
