low intensity cardio in the morning while bulking...
i mean LOW intensity like walking, for about 40 minutes.. ill probly 20g whey 15-20 before hand. my question is, is it even worth it?

I think a walk in the morning is beneficial in many ways just don't expect huge fat loss or anything, especially if your'e bulking diet wise.
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
I'm able to stay pretty lean even though the only thing I have done is walked since I hurt my shoulder and knee. I think you'd be surprised to find how many calories walking burns

If you walk a little faster or walk on 3-5% incline it can still be low intesity but gets your heart pumping and metabolism working a little bit faster.
