Its because of vascular constriction.. most likely due to cold.

There is only one way to tell, and thats get to lower bf%.. Just like a ton of other people said.
I mentioned vascular constriction, because you mentioned when your nipples are hard. It just means less bloodflow to the area, hence less 'swelling' if you will.P-side Inc.
