Talking Routine Question

Currently my routine is this...

Sun: Tris
Mon: Bis
Tues: Rest
Wed: Chest
Thurs: Back
Fri: Legs
Sat: Shoulders

I do cardio on all the days that I workout for about 30 minutes.

My question is, is this a good routine or should I really try to workout 2 bodyparts in on session and try to only go to the gym 3 times a week?

Thumbs up

I think you have a good routing. Take a look at my routine maybe you get some ideas:

Mon: Legs-Calves
Tues: Rest
Wed: Shoulders-Triceps-Abs
Thurs: Back-Biceps
Fri: Rest
Sat: Chest-Abs
Sun: Rest

I don't do any cardio because right now I'm trying to bulk up, when I finish I'll start doing some cardio to lose the extra fat.

Well, you're routine is 6 on and 1 off. Personally, I would combine a couple of body parts, such as bi's & tri's, and chest & shoulders. That would make it a 4 on, 3 off routine, much better.
