    Best Time for Cardio?

I know this has been discussed in here before, but I've heard and read so many contradicting theories on the best time for cardio. Right now im cutting fat- im running in the AM with an empty stomach(besides coffee, bcaa's & water). lifting at night.

What has worked best for you?

Some say that running in the morning on an empty stomach will burn muscle. I think if you have a lot of fat you would burn fat by doing cardio, regardless of the time of day.
