"The following video is one of the illest, most insane, hardcore demonstrations of human performance that I've ever seen." That's a big waste of time if you ask me. That's like doing push ups.

That's pretty amazing. I wish my gym had a rock climbing wall in it like that.

That's hardcore - no doubt. But, I thought you were supposed to do lower reps when strength training. *very confused*

Read the artical, he used only be able to squat that once, now he can squat 550 pounds. He wanted to see how any times he could squat his old max.

squatting for high reps isn't the way to prepare for a max session, but strength comes in more forms than just maxing out. Endurance strength is just as impressive at times as well and is certainly necessary to be a complete athlete

He used only be able to squat 220, now he can squat 550 pounds. He wanted to see how any times he could squat his old max. He weighs 218 pounds, so they dropped the weight 2 pounds to his body weight. There is a ten minute moving of him squating 218 pounds 98 times parallel.

I think I'd rather watch a Faces of Death video.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.
