LAM uses dogg crap, and he seems to get good results. I tried it, and didn't like the way it wanted me to train, but I didn't give it enough time to work.


Without paying the guy to train you, you are only seeing snippets of the program.
It works amazingly well for some, i.e. INHUMAN who is strong as hell.
* 630 Hammer Incline Press for reps
