    Steam Bath

Hey fellas...last night after working out I went and sat in the steam room at my gym. It felt amazing. Was just wondering if doing so after weight training is a good idea? Thanks ...

you would be better off getting your PWO shake in you ASAP
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Bring your PWO shake with you to the gym. That's alot more critical than a steam bath....as enjoyable as it may be! I can't imagine that it's doing anything negative having just lifted weights.

preferably water as the fats in milk would slow down absorption of protein/digestion...
