    My training methode sucks?

    I do 2 sets of 8 or 9 reps of every exercise i do, that it suck?

    how many total sets per body part are you doing? what's your split?

    It depends on our goals. You sound kinda new to bodybuilding so you may want to try 3 sets of 8 to 12 reps. How many exercises do you do per muscle/group?

    On a side note: it grammar, not grammer.
