    A book to read

No i have not read that book but i have read 'Burn the fat, feed the muscle'.

As a qualified fitness instructor, i fully endorse this book:

    http://hop.clickbank.net/hop.cgi?forlife/burnthefat

It covers everything you need to know including body-image, goal-setting, finding your own body type, how to lose fat, how to measure fat, y diets don't work, cardio and weight training, carbs, protein and much more.

It is perfect for the novice and the pro alike, even i have gotten some benefit from what i believe is a very reliable source of information

    Best of luck
