oh boym here we go again...lol, dude, by the info you have given us, I am concluding right now that you will not get a 6-pack this summer, simply because you have no clue what it takes...BUT PLEASE PROOVE ME WRONG!!.....You need a clean diet and a smart cardio and lifting program....diet is 80% of bodybuilding, so once you get your diet down and really have the balls to fallow it, then you can make plans for a 6-pack...................I am not being rude, just being real.

yea, i understand. i did have a 6-pack when i was platying football.(i quit 2 years ago) but when i was doing that i was on a lifting program and i had a diet and all that to follow. i dont know what lifts to do to to target my abs specificaly. I gaurintee you that i will be able to do it if i have guidelines to follow.

One of the best quotes i've ever heard - "Abs are made in the kitchen, not the weight room". This isn't 100% true, but is still good advice. A good diet is the secret to getting "ripped".
