    Hurt cuff...can only do legs

So I hurt my shoulder and have been waiting for my MRI!! Taking forever. I have been doing legs 2 days a week. I came up with this:

    New routine:
    Monday
    Leg press x 3
    BB Squats x 3
    Smith Squats x 3
    Leg Ext x 2
    Single Leg Curls x 4
    Lying Leg Curls x 3

    Friday
    BB Squats x 3
    Smith Lunges x 3
    Single Leg Press x 3
    Leg Ext x 2
    Single Leg Curls x 4
    Lying Leg Curls x 3

The only thing I can really get away with are squats...other then that it has to be machine oriented. The lunges wont be as heavy as the squats so I should be fine with those. And I figure mixing the order of my squats and presses will help so I don't get use to doing the same thing over and over with the same energy level.

You think this would be OK? I am also doing cardio on 2 other days and abs/calves/hyper ext's on 2 other days.
