Need to change up my routine.. please help

I've been doing the same routine for the past 2 months and I think it's time for a change. Can you help me set up another routine?
I need a workout that I can finish in about 30 min a day and for it to be a 3 to 4 day split.
Here's what I've been doing so far:
    Back/Biseps
    Chest/Sholders/Triceps
    Legs

    Back/Biseps
    Lat Pulldowns
    Seated Cable Rows
Seated Cable Rows w/ a different grip
    Curls
    Hammer Curls

    Chest/Sholders/Triceps
    Chest Presses
    Incline Chest Press
    Flyes
    Military Press
    Lateral Raises
    Tricep Press Downs
    Kickbacks

    Legs
    Leg Press
    Hammer curls
    Squats
    Lunges
    Standing calf raises

    Thanks

Are you using free weights or machines?

Mostly machines except for hammer curls and lunges. My gym only has 1 pair of 10 lb dumbells and 1 pair of 15lb dumbells and the rest of the weights are VERY heavy (which I can't lift).
