    barbells or dumbells?

    hey should i use barbells or dumbells for most of my exercise becuase i heared some people say its better to use both or only one of them what you guys think

    Both. There are many reasons, but the basic is: bars allow for more weight while DBs allow for greater use of the muscles for stabilization.
    So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
    of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
    about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

    deffinitly use both. mix it up keep your muscles guessing and they will always be forced to adapt by getting bigger and stronger

    I like to use barbells early in my workout (triceps extensions) and finish off with DB exercises (kickbacks). But that's just my preference.
