As i lockout, i bring my hands closer together and clink the two dumbbells together. When bring my arms a little so that the dumbbells hit each other lightly, my right shoulder pops a bit. This has started to happen after ive come back from my injury. Is this bad? And is clinking the dumbbells against each other necessary? I might just keep my arms straight when they lockout instead of bringing them closer together.
