are you on gear?
okay.. i understand what the sorness after lifting is caused by
but i have a question..
if i work a muscle, and it doesnt hurt the next morning.. does that mean i didnt work it enough.. could i have still worked it enough?
and also, if i work a muscle, and the next morning it hurts, does that mean i worked it enough for sure.. could i still not have worked it enough?
thanks

I don't know if it is different on gear, because I don't know anything about gear, but soreness is not a gauge for a good work out. Don't base your workouts on soreness. I could walk up 100 flights of stairs and be sore as hell but it won't make my legs grow.Originally Posted by DDan16
Just my opinion but I am ALWAYS sore the first 2-3 days after I work out, more so for chest, legs back workouts. If i am not sore I feel that I haven't broken down enough muscle fibres, hence no/little soreness ( sorry if not correct terminology!).
I posted all the info here morning muslce pains
