    need help with my first leg routine

    Ok I need a leg routine....I have been working all upper body....I put ona pair of shorts and I looked like a freak lol. I'm outa porportion.even though it complements my chest a little now I think it would look better if i built my legs too. I need some help as I have never made a leg routine befor.....I have lots of weights and a stair climber........Any suggestions??????
    currently 155 lbs ......goal 165 by november (thanks for the help )

    Your 1rst Leg Routine.
    5 Sets Of Light Weight Free Weight Squats
    3 Sets Stiff Legged Deadlift
    3 Sets Leg Curl
    3 Sets Leg Extension
    (should Be Enough For You At The Moment)

    i would deff squat, stiff deads, leg exe, lunges no idea on numbers though since you have not trained legs .......................Squats most important though in my mind for developing mass

    Do Low Weight 10-15 Rep Range To Start With Squats....perfect The Form Before Moving On. It Can Be Tricky. About Only 1-15 People I See Squat At The Gym Actually Have Great Form So Remember This.

    Your Young And Starting Off......i Learned From Trial And Error. You Dont Need Too. Legs Are Thee Most Important Muscle Group In My Book. I Train Them First Every Week.
