    Hit the major lifts: Squats, Deads, Leg Press. I like one-legged extensions, too. Lunges are good for definition, and of course there are various goodies for the hammies.

    Do ya know anyway to modify a dead lift that allows ya to target your hams and at the same time take some of the strain from your lower back?Muscles in my lower back usually tire before my legs when I do em.
