    How can i make me neck bigger? its just too thin for my body

    You could also do head raises for eg: get a mat fold it up and put it on your face then lying on your back raise the weight you have put on the folded mat and for the front of your neck reverse the process. You can also do this type of exercise for the sides of your neck as well.
    The harder you try the tougher you will be!
