    Leg Press

    hi im 15, 6'2" and 245 and ive been leg pressing 720 10x4 now and im just wondering is that good? and what can i do to increase it?

    Set small goals, 20 pound intervals or so. Never put a limit on the maxium you will ever lift.

    Darn, hes the first person my age that can leg press more than me. I can only do 580 for 10 reps. Whats harder; the rotational leg press, or the one on rails(dont know the name????)

    leg presses are useless how much do you squat

    leg presses aren't useless, but squats definately outweigh any other leg exercise. Yeah dude, if you're at 245 you should be leg pressing a lot more. Anyhow, if you're going to leg press don't forget to squat with it!!! And, if you squat, it will shoot your leg press way the hell up there.
