If you naturally have low bodyfat and are skinny your a ecto, if you gain muscle easy and have low body fat your a meso, if your fat then your a endo.

you determine your body type by what you looked like BEFORE you started resistance training
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Is gaining 8 lbs of muscle in 4 months fast ? (considering I've actually gone lower in bodyfat by about 5% and gained 8 lbs.)

    Help is here

    Hi APG,

Here is a very helpful link: http://hop.clickbank.net/hop.cgi?forlife/burnthefat

Here you will find everything you need to know along with how to sucessfully lose fat, gain muscle according to your body type.

All programs should be tailor made to suit our individual body type - we are all very unique.

Some people go through lots of trial and error before finding out what really works for them. Luckily i found this ebook and have never looked back.

    Best of luck
