Thats a good weight(202 5'8"). I see your point with bis/tris as two. Its just ive been looking at it that way since i started. And I compare every year with the year before so its too late for me to change anything now. How much is your squat and bench.

About 8 months after I started is when I was strongest. Bench: 310 Squat: 405 Deadlift: 405x3. Then I got sick, and Im just trying to get back. I dont focus on 1rm very much now. I would rather be a BB than a PL.

It all depends. Usually one day is higher intensity with lower volume and then day two is less intensity, higher volume and greater density.how do you differentiate your days there p-funk?
