heavy, slow, controlled reps is what I prefer. I perform 8-10 reps.

hey my routine is i do 6-10 reps should i focus on heavy weights or at lower weights or in the middle.becuase alot of people say do less reps. at every workout seecision should i do it at a fast pased or miduem pased.show i have high intensity or not to fast intensity?

Change it up. I typically lift at a rhythmic pace. I've never particularly liked that slow crap, but I do it occasionally.
