Hi can anyone put me straight??
I normally train 10-15 reps for 3 sets which is great for my legs but my upper body never responds?
So now i will try 6-8 reps but how many sets?? I feel that if i do less reps, i should be making up the numbers by doing extra sets? Is this right? Or am my working hard enough by lifting a heavier weight??![]()

If you are looking for endurance, 10-15 sets is fine. However, since you said your upper body never responds, you probably need to increase weight and do 6-10 reps or until failure. That way your muscles with gain strength and eventually you will see gains.
3 sets of 6-10 is good enough
