    Pissing Blood?!

    I just started taking Creatine and now whenever I do abs and take a piss afterwords blood comes out. Its awfuly painful. What should I do?

    I had something like that about a year ago... something about dehydrating some vessels in your kidneys causes them to rupture, causing blood....

    I dunno, I didnt pay much attention.

    Are you hydrated?
