hiya, so i need your help, im taking physical education for a qualification at school and for a quater of the marks of this test i need a six week training programme which must include:
-Exercises (any sort)
-warm up/cool down
-And the theory behind the practical if you know what i mean ie.is the exercise fartlek/interval etc..
Basically i know you guys do your own training programmes and so far i have done the exercises but i need a good all round warm up/cool down and really any tips you can give me on doing my own training programme(or if there is a website you know about that can help me please tell me it- you will be helping me alot),not only is it for school but i would like to try out this training programme myself or take the best bits of this one and make a better more specific one later on in the year, so if you can help me in any way please do ill really appreciate, thanx alot![]()

Terrible routine. 4 sets of STIFF LEGGED dead lifts after squats and hack squats = bad idea. And who needs leg curls after doing squats. I can barley walk out of the gym after finishing my last set of squats.Originally Posted by Maynard Keenan
