Reverse, overhand is uncomfortable to me.
Do you prefer a reverse grip a la Dorian Yates or a standard overhand grip and why?
"Look what your brother did to the door!"
Reverse, overhand is uncomfortable to me.
I did use overhand when I was doing them last splits, but I switched to reverse on deadlifts because I tend to lose my grip more easily with overhand, so I may switch to reverse on those and maybe shrugs as well.

Overhand, the others would feel weird.

Used both, I do overhand now.

could you row with a deadlift (1 over 1 under) grip and reverse the grip between sets?
What this means is that when we drop a ball and it falls to the ground, it wasn't the ball that moved (down to the ground), but the ground that moved (up to the ball)
i use my left hand overhand and my right hand underhand.
oh wait thats jus for dead lift, not rows..my bad
Both, as they will each target a different area of the back because of the varied elbow position that each grip provides.Originally Posted by Leatherface

I've done both forms of rowing. When doing WS, I would alternate between the two quite frequently. Right now I'm sticking with a pronated grip.

I use both grips. Overhand grip targets mostly your upper back. Reverse grip also targets your back but in addition, it also targets the BI's more so than the overhand grip.
