Please! give me a leg routine!!!

I am a very athletic person who hits the weights regularly but I seem to neglect my legs or when I do work out the legs I seem to not hit them hard...........

anyway I would like to have a routine that I can fit into my current routine... I would like to hit my legs once or twice a week....

I play a lot of Basketball so Im not trying to get huge legs, just more stronger-powerful, I can jump pretty high and slam dunk a ball (considering Im only 6ft and white, LOL) I just dont want to comprimise my quickness and jumping ability.....

I would really appreciate any input...... just a simple workout w/ a set and rep count is all I need! thanx in advance

Having big legs will not keep you from being fast. I think 4 sets of squats 2 sets of leg press and one drop set of leg extensions will be good for quads. 3 sets of stiff legged deadlifts, and 2 drop sets of leg curls for hamstrings. And 4 sets of standing calf raises superset with seated calf raises.

Your not going to get a freaky set of wheels overnight, no worries there

Just focus on explosive Leg movements and throw in some plyometrics and maybe even a program like air alert to increase your vert
