    leg exercises

    squats
    leg press
    standing calve raises
    stiff- legged deadlifts
    good mornings

    this is my leg routine do you guys think am missing an exercise am trying to hit every muscle.or should i take something out.

    Maybe do a little more for calfs, but looks good to me. Asuming you arn't going crazy with the number of sets.
