Thumbs up 1st set of plates!

Not a big deal to anyone else, but I'd just like to say that today I did my first set of plates benching. It was only a set of 4, but still, I did it solo. Not to mention, when I started lifting 4 months ago I was only doing the bar with 10's on each end.

Good job, man! I remember I started benching at a puny 65 pounds too! That's quite an increase in 4 months (I'm assuming you're at 135 now). Keep up the good work!

    I think he means 45s.
So many cries of inequality stem from one of group
of people doing little or nothing and then bitching
about another group that actually does something
    to improve their lives.

Nice work dude, I remember the first time I ever benched 135, I was so proud of myself
...so now you can begin the race to repping 185, then after that 225, then after that 275, and so forth
