    Rest-Pause Training

I was stuck at a plateau for my incline bench. This technique helped break through it. If used sparingly I think it's a great shock inducer for breaking through sticking points.

Anyone else reap some benefits from Rest-Pause? I've also used it on Leg Press with good success.

I use it fairly regularly for some exercises. It's good.

Used sparingly, a great technique for upping intensity of the workout.
