    Lightbulb Help at last!

Hi, I am a fully qualified fitness instructor and i am always on the look out for new info etc.

I came across an ebook aimed at both the novice and the pro. It covers everything you will need to know in order to burn the fat, without losing muscle.

I for one fully endorse this book
